Catherine Sinnott

Project Administrator

From my previous experience in the construction industry I thought my skills could translate well into the position of project administrator.  I was eager to start a career with a recognised leader within the industry. Having extensive administrative experience from my previous roles, I felt the move would enhance my career.

My current role is that of Project Coordinator which means I’m responsible for supporting  colleagues such as the Project Lead, Senior Developments Manager, Development Manager and General Manager.

My main duty is to work as part of the team supporting both bidding and operations for PPP Projects in Ireland. I act as a co-ordinating and administrating resource to ensure client requirements/submissions are completed to agreed project timelines and in line with PPP guidelines.  Over the past year I have been working on Schools Bundle 4, M11 – Gorey to Enniscorthy, N25 New Ross bypass and the Courts project.

My responsibilities include co-ordinating administrative aspects for both the bidding and operations team, managing the flow of information, developing bid deliverables matrix, delivering instructions from the client and maintaining a register of all information.

Personal qualities required include a strong desire to learn, good time management, strong organisational skills and ability to communicate well and work as part of a team. My expectations for the job have surpassed anything I anticipated.  I’ve gained real insight and great experience working on multiple projects across various disciplines.
